Last Day to Take Advantage of the Early Registration Discount
Registration fees increase from $695 USD to $995 USD for any payments not received by this date for international delegates.

Full Refund Deadline
Last day to receive a 100% refund for cancellations. Cancellations between February 5 and March 2, 2009 will receive a 50% refund.

Appointment Requests must be submitted directly to TIA by this date to be included in the computer-generated scheduling process. Any delegates registering after this date will not receive pre-scheduled appointments.
