U.S. Journalist Registration


Complimentary registration to International Pow Wow is available for qualified members of the media.  Your registration grants you access to all official International Pow Wow functions, including the Discover America Marketplace Hall, Media Marketplace, Press Tours, Luncheons, and all Evening Events.  Only working journalists may attend the show; publishers, advertising, media or sales representatives are not eligible.

Registration is online! It's fast and easy to use.
If your organization attended International Pow Wow in 2008 you will receive login codes which will allow you access to sumbit your International Pow Wow 2009 registration online. You can update your contact and organization profile information and register delegates - everything you need to do with the click of a few buttons.

**Note: You will NOT be able to cancel any item from your previous purchases without contacting Cathy Keefe at ckeefe@tia.org.

There is no spouse or family program, and no partial registration will be given for attendance at International Pow Wow social events.

If you have already received your login codes, please click here to register online for International Pow Wow 2009.

If your organization does not have login codes, please click here to submit the brief Login Request Form. You will receive your login codes wihtin 48 hours.

Travel and Hotel Expenses
Please note that travel and hotel expenses are the responsibility of the journalist.  Please book your room at the US Supplier rate through the Housing Bureau.  The Housing Bureau will open early November.

Eligibility and Registration
Please direct your questions to Cathy Keefe at ckeefe@tia.org. Print media interested in attending International Pow Wow should submit their name and credentials for review to ckeefe@tia.org, along with a recently published article (within the past 18 months).  Articles must be about travel within the United States.  Proof of a journalist's name on the masthead of an accredited publication is also acceptable. You will be notified of your status via return email.
