If your organization attended International Pow Wow in 2008 you will receive login codes which will allow you access to submit your International Pow Wow 2009 registration online. You can update your contact and organization profile information, register delegates and submit payment - everything you need to do with the click of a few buttons.
**Note: You will NOT be able to cancel any item from your previous purchases without contacting TIA at intlreg@tia.org.
There is no spouse or family program, and no partial registration will be given for attendance at International Pow Wow social events.

All registration is subject to approval by the International Advisory Committee Chair and TIA. All international delegates must be pre-registered. No international press or non-buyer credentials will be issued onsite at International Pow Wow.
Registration is complimentary for International Journalists. Registration fees apply to certain categories of qualified non-buyers. The registration fees for qualified non-buyers includes:
- Lodging at your assigned Host Hotel for five (5) nights beginning Saturday, May 16 with check-out on Thursday, May 21, 2009 (room and tax only);
- Please note: Airline Observers must pay for their own housing at the U.S. Supplier rate. You should reserve your hotel directly through the official International Pow Wow 2009 Housing Bureau when housing opens in mid-December.
- Round trip airport/hotel transfers in Miami and group ground transportation between function sites;
- All meals and related functions which are an official part of International Pow Wow; and
- Miami Sightseeing Tours.

Payments and Cancellations
If applicable, full payment must accompany your registration. Payment should be made in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank, or with one of the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Please make checks payable to: Travel Industry Association / Pow Wow.
In the event of cancellation, the registration fee (if applicable) will be refunded in full if written cancellation notice is received in TIA's Washington, DC office by February 4, 2009. No refunds will be granted for registrations cancellations received after March 2, 2009.
TIA cannot be held liable for any financial responsibilities incurred on the part of individual delegates or organizations related to their participation at International Pow Wow.

Accommodations
Lodging at your assigned official International Pow Wow 2009 Host Hotel for five (5) nights beginning Saturday, May 16 with check-out on Thursday, May 21, 2009 (room and tax only) is provided and paid for by TIA. Should you wish to arrive earlier or stay later, you will be responsible for the additional charges, at discounted rates (subject to availability). You are also held responsible for any personal charges (telephone, room service, etc.) incurred during your entire stay.
TIA will make hotel reservations for international delegates by country. The IAC Chair for your country will inform you of your delegation's Host Hotel assignment. TIA cannot guarantee that we can accommodate hotel requests or changes to your arrival and departure dates received after April 10, 2009.
Under no circumstances will delegates be allowed to stay at a hotel other than the Host Hotel assigned by TIA. Any delegate who stays in a hotel other than the one assigned will be responsible for his/her own room charges, and will be charged at the prevailing U.S. Supplier rate.

Transportation
Your IAC Chair will provide you with instructions regarding contacting your local originating carrier for airline ticketing.
Ground transportation is provided in Miami from the airport to your assigned Host Hotel on Friday, May 15, Saturday, May 16, and Sunday, May 17. Check in at the International Pow Wow Welcome Booth at the airport before boarding your shuttle bus. Return service to the airport is provided on Thursday, May 21 only.
Official International Pow Wow shuttle buses will provide transportation between Host Hotels and the Miami Beach Convention Center as well as from the Host Hotels to the official evening events. Shuttle bus schedules will be provided in the official program and will be posted in the Host Hotel lobbies.
Delegates seeking transportation to other sites, hotels or International Pow Wow functions at times other than official hours or posted shuttle scheduled times must make and pay for their own arrangements.

Press and Visit USA Committee Delegate Appointments
International Journalists and Visit USA Committee Delegates have the opportunity to request appointments during the official Business Appointments Sessions with those Exhibitors who have not requested to Opt Out of the Press Appointments or the Visit USA Committee Appointments options. Our computerized appointment program schedules appointments with priority given to mutual International Buyer and Exhibitor requests first, followed by International Buyer requests, mutual Domestic Buyer and Exhibitor requests, Domestic Buyer requests, Journalist requests and then Visit USA requests. Press appointments will be scheduled so as not to conflict with official International Pow Wow Press activities. Individual appointment schedules will be emailed to all delegates in advance of the meeting to assist with planning.
Any International Journalist or Visit USA Committee delegate who wishes to make Appointment Requests must register and submit his/her requests by March 30, 2009. Appointment Requests will not be accepted after this
