See America Day is designed to maximize the impact of your visit to Europe by creating an opportunity to meet with the media and with tour operators in one-on-one appointments just before reaching Berlin for ITB. Reach the two largest European markets in one visit with See America Day and the See America Pavillion at ITB.

March 6, 2006
See America Day will open with a welcome reception.

March 7, 2006
There will be a full day of business meetings as follows:

9:30-12:30
Media Marketplace, which will allow you to get in touch with over 100 British travel writers, communicate your news for the year, and arrange press trips etc.

12:30-14:00
Networking Lunch with UK tour operator representatives
and a keynote speaker.

14:00-17:00
Travel Trade Marketplace, where you will be able to meet with UK tour operators and travel agents in time for their brochure planning for summer 2007.

The event will conclude at 17:00 to allow participants             to get to the airport to fly to Berlin.

Wake Up @ 

Friday March 10th, 2006, ITB Berlin, Press Center


Meet with over 100 German media over breafast at the
Wake up @ See America event. We will repeat the successful format of last year which will consist of a buffet breakfast with exhibitors each at a high table to interact with the media.

The event will be held in cooperation with the Visit USA Committee Germany to maximize the visibility within the German media.
