Your conference email confirmation (from TravelCom Registrar, travelcom@tia.org) will provide the only mechanism for reserving a hotel room in the official TravelCom room block.
Please be sure to check your Junk and SPAM folders to ensure this auto-confirmation is not filtered out because reservations made via any other booking method will not reflect the TravelCom room rate.

Existing TravelCom Hotel ReservationsThe TravelCom '09 Housing Bureau is being managed by the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, via the Passkey reservation system. Online reservations can be made through March 10 (via the link in your conference email confirmation). The Omni Hotel at CNN Center's reservation staff will not see or be able to make changes to your reservation before the data is transferred from the Passkey system to the Omni system.
To modify or cancel your existing reservation (through March 10), email the TravelCom '09 Housing Bureau at housing@atlanta.net.
Please note: Between March 11-13, the Housing Bureau will be transferring reservation data to the Omni's reservation system. During this time, no changes or cancellations can be made to existing reservations. Beginning March 13, modifications or cancellations must be submitted directly to the Omni Hotel.
