Exhibitors receive 2 full-conference/exhibit hall access registrations with their single kiosk purchase (four registrations for a double). Exhibitors may purchase additional conference registrations at a discounted rate of $895 (Members)/$1,195 (Non-members) through 12/31/07. From 1/1/08 through 4/4/08, the additional registration rate is $1,195 (Members)/$1,595 (Non-members); from 4/5/08 through 4/10/08 it is $1,495 (Members)/$1,995 (Non-members). Additional fees apply to registrations for both TIA's TravelCom and the HSMAI Travel Internet Marketing Strategy Conference. See registration fee page for details.

Internet Access High-speed Internet access can be arranged. Details will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
Payment Policy A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total cost of your kiosk purchase must accompany the booth purchase application. Space will not be assigned or held without the deposit. Payment in full is due no later than January 31, 2008. (Purchases made after January 31, 2008 require payment in full at the time of purchase).
Exhibitors who are not paid in full will not be permitted to set up on-site and TIA has the right to resell the space. Cancellation fees are outlined in the Rules & Regulations Governing the Exposition.
Note: To qualify for the TIA member rate, your organization must have paid its 2008 membership dues in full on or before February 29, 2008. Anyone who selects the member rate, but is not a member in good standing (i.e., fully paid) by March 3 will be billed the difference for the non-member rate.
Cancellation Policy Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to TIA, Attention: TIA's TravelCom. Cancellations received prior to January 31, 2008, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after January 31, 2008 are not eligible for a refund. See Article 17 of the Rules & Regulations Governing the Exposition for more details.
