There are 5 levels of sponsorship for this series of events:
- Diamond Level Sponsor - $105,000 (Exclusive access to all five cities)
- Platinum Level Sponsor - $80,000 (Gains access to four cities)
- Gold Level Sponsor - $60,000 (Gains access to three cities)
- Silver Level Sponsor - $40,000 (Gains access to two cities)
- Bronze Level Sponsor -$20,000 (Gains access to one city--for NYC, add $5,000)
About Regional Forum Speakers Series
The key objective of this forum is to bring TIA, the travel industry's voice in Washington, 'on-the-road' to present key regional, national and international issues and initiatives that are impacting the $645 billion industry. This meeting venue is an ideal format for a sponsor who wishes to gain access to and interact with leading travel industry professionals to promote a product or service. These professionals attend TIA events to garner respected market research information, enjoy unmatched educational growth opportunities and take advantage of a strong member networking atmosphere across all 19 segments of the travel industry. Anticipated attendance for the event will be around 125-150 leading travel industry professionals from the following segments:
- State Tourism Officials
- Convention and Visitor Bureaus/Associations
- Hotels
- Airlines
- Attractions
- Rental Car
- Cruise
- Advertising and Print Media
Benefits
The sponsor of TIA's Northeast Regional Forum Speaker's Series will receive the following benefits:
- Recognition as the exclusive TIA Regional Forum Speaker Series sponsor.
- Your logo will appear on all materials related to TIA's Regional Forum Speaker Series including all collateral, emails and web site, along with a hotlink driving our visitors to your web site.
- Introduction by the TIA CEO and an eight (8) minute presentation to all five (5) of the Regional Forum Speakers Series audiences.
- Two (2) seats at the VIP table during the sponsored breakfast with introduction by TIA staff to other guests at the table/forum.
- The right to purchase up to two (2) reserved tables at each of the five regional events.
- Loading dock parking pass subject to availability.
- Opportunity to place a brochure, video or amenity at each seat during the breakfast service.
- Presentation display at registration, coffee breaks and/or at the entrance of the breakfast event.
- TIA will provide sponsor with contact name, title, address, phone and email information on all attendees from each of these events.
Additional Benefits
TIA will provide the Northeast Regional Forum-Speaker Series Sponsor an event opportunity that includes:
- A catered 'full' breakfast with hot entrée and beverages.
- Basic audio-visual equipment, setup and staff (if necessary).
- 5-8 minute A/V presentation by sponsor executive.
- TIA staff to serve as liaison between official TIA, AV vendor and the sponsor liaison for setup enhancements required for your program (e.g., additional lighting, sound, electrical, etc.).
