TIA Bylaws – The Structure Behind Our Organization 

In order to best serve all of our members across the Travel Industry, we created the Official Travel Industry Association of America Bylaws. Updated frequently to meet new member demands, the TIA Bylaws were last amended on January 1, 2003. For your convenience, the Bylaws are divided into 13 sections: Name, Mission, Objectives, Membership, Termination of Membership, Dues, Meetings, Board of Directors, Officers, Committees/Councils, Miscellaneous Provisions, Dissolutions and Amendments.
