The following policies were established to ensure that all sponsors and members have a productive experience. Sponsoring organizations in violation of these rules will not be eligible to participate in future TIA sponsorship opportunities.

• Sponsorship of TIA events, programs and products is
  a privilege afforded to TIA members in good standing. 
  Any organization that wishes to participate in a TIA
  sponsorship opportunity that is not already a TIA
  member can easily include membership as part of
  the package.  For more details about membership,

• Participating sponsors will receive an automatic tentative hold on the same sponsorship opportunity for the following year by signing a letter of intent within sixty (60) days of event completion.
• Sponsors have the opportunity to place a hold on their sponsorship investment level via multi-year contracts.
• For all TIA events, it is prohibited to host activities (i.e. golf outings, private dinners, hospitality suites, etc.) that conflict with the official event program or official sponsored events.
