CITM requires size requirements of Country Pavilions by May 31, 2008.  TIA needs your booth size requirements by May 30.  No guarantee of availability after May 30, 2008. 

Take advantage of China's growing market and introduce your brand to the world's fastest-growing travel market by exhibiting at the China International Travel Mart 2008—the largest travel show in China and the only show sanctioned by China National Tourism Authority (CNTA). 

As an exhibitor in the Travel Industry Association's Discover America Pavilion, you and your organization will have access to more than 100,000 trade and consumer visitors over a four day period. During that time, you will have an opportunity to directly conduct negotiations with international buyers and Chinese travel agents. The Discover America Pavilion is the Official USA Pavilion, managed by the Travel Industry Association (TIA) and in cooperation with US Commercial Services – Department of Commerce. 

Plus, an added feature of this year's CITM is the Second China U.S. State/Province Tourism Director Summit, which will bring together the tourism leadership of the U.S. states and all of the Chinese provinces. The culmination of the show and the official visit is expected to generate a lot of interest and demand for booth space.

With only 40 booths available in the Discover America Pavilion, we urge exhibitors wishing to secure space to apply quickly.  Total turn-key packages are available, plus travel and visa support, US Embassy briefings, press conference & services and networking events, all designed to make your participation the most valuable and easiest it can be.


Option A: Premium Package
Cost: $ 4,550 per exhibitor

Fee includes:

  • 9 square meters of individual meeting space.
  • Destination name header on booth space.
  • Tables, chairs, carpeting and electrical.
  • Information counter.
  • Complimentary daily bus transportation to and from the Host Hotel and Expo Center (during scheduled times).
  • Two complimentary tickets to the Discover America Night Reception. Additional tickets - $50.00 per.
  • Complete destination listing in the printed Pavilion catalog.
  • Complimentary Discover America Lounge and refreshments.
  • Additional storage available in The Pavilion.
  • Host Hotel will have pre-negotiated rate for Discover America Pavilion Exhibitors.
  • Participation and invitations to Press Conference, Visa Briefing and Country Briefing.
  • Inclusion in TIA promotions and communications regarding Discover America Pavilion CITM 2008.

Option B: Raw Booth Space   (Available in 9 square meter units)
Cost: $275 per square meter

Fee includes:

  • Raw space to build out your own booth in a designated space.
  • Complimentary Discover America Lounge and refreshments.
  • Two complimentary tickets to the Discover America Night Reception. Additional tickets - $50.00 per.
  • Complete destination listing in the printed Pavilion catalog.
  • Participation and invitations to Press Conference, Visa Briefing and Country Briefing.
  • Host Hotel will have pre-negotiated rate for Discover America Pavilion Exhibitors
  • Inclusion in TIA promotions and communications regarding Discover America Pavilion CITM 2008.
