State and territory tourism directors should make plans to attend the NCSTD Spring Forum, February 25 - 27 at the Grand Hyatt in Washington, DC.  Building on the success of last spring, the 2009 event will include time for committee/task force meeting, opportunities to address state specific issues with your colleagues as well as in-depth discussions with the TIA leadership team about current and upcoming programs.
